The senior roles will suit you well if you can demonstrate at least four or five years of experience across a broad range of surveys for habitats and protected species.
Ideally, you will be a Member of CIEEM. You will have a comprehensive working knowledge of planning policy, best practice, and legislative drivers for ecological consultancy.You should be unafraid to confront the status quo, troubleshoot on sticky projects and enjoy the challenge that comes with responsibility for and mentorship of junior colleagues.
