Residential ConveyancerA Southampton law firm requires an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
The Firm
A very well established law firm with offices located in Hampshire providing a full legal service to businesses and individuals.
The Role
This highly regarded Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm based in Southampton wishes to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer to join their busy residential conveyancing team.
The successful residential conveyancer will have previous experience managing a residential conveyancing case load from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will have dealt with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements.
The Candidate
A qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 12 months' Residential Conveyancing experience.
The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system and an exposure to commercial property work is desirable.
Salary to £45,000
