Overview:
The Cabin Support Specialist assists in ensuring aircraft and crew are equipped to provide outstanding Owner experiences.

Supporting flight crew and cabin servers, cabin stock management, Owner and crew catering, aircraft presentation logistics, supply of crew uniforms and ID's.

Updating and maintaining Owner profiles and preferences to enable crew to create tailor made experiences.


Responsibilities:

The Cabin Support Specialist role will provide direct support to the following departments:

  • Crewmembers / Cabin Servers
  • Flight Operations
  • Maintenance
  • Owner Services
  • Sales
  • Finance
This role will serve the purpose of assisting in the daily tasks directly supporting Flexjet aircraft, crewmembers, cabin servers:

  • Cabin Concierge
  • Ordering and coordination of catering and suppliers to ensure seamless supply and appropriate catering.
  • Crew advocate on the ground resource to support remote Cabin Servers (and flight crew) with all servicerelated issues.
  • Sourcing of bespoke Owner requests and logistic support as required.
  • Assisting in ensuring crew are briefed with Owner preferences and supported to create bespoke experiences.
  • Crewmember and cabin server uniforms
  • Uniform procurement
  • Uniform materials management / inventory / storage
  • Shipping of uniform goods to/from crewmembers and cabin servers
  • Coordination, logistics, and tracking of assigned goods to/from crewmembers and cabin servers
  • Aircraft stock support
  • Aircraft stock management (standard ongoing stock and initial onboarding equipment)
  • Logistics for ensuring remote stock lockers are equipped
  • Aircraft onboarding and stock resets as required
  • Inflight entertainment management
  • Aircraft Presentation
  • Coordinate with Operations and aircraft cleaning vendors regarding aircraft presentation and stock resets.
Administrative Functions

  • Wholesale product procurement including communications with internal and external suppliers and customers regarding procurement and supply of aircraft products
  • Reporting analysis on existing product demand and consumption
  • Expense report and product tracking
  • Updating and communicating service procedures and changes in product information

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

  • Aviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experience
  • Luxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommended

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom
  • Skill requirements include but are not limited to the following:
  • Adapt to and endure immeasurable changes regarding aircraft schedules, deliveries, status alterations and locations
  • Able to travel and occasionally required to work in a physicallyactive environment
  • Work in an office environment simultaneous to completing physical tasks
  • Complete knowledge and navigation abilities of Microsoft Office 2010 (or most current) products and software
  • Technology savvy to current and modern means of computer and telephone equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication flexibility within a diverse group of individuals and operating levels of Flexjet and constituents
  • Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change is a must

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Physical demands may require a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) along with various office equipment
  • Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling stock and heavy boxes.

SCHEDULE

  • Availability to be "on call" as per business requirements outside of traditional business hours
