A modern andlongstanding firm is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor to join its Walsall office on a full-time basis.
This position offers hybrid working, free parking and a favourable pension and bonus scheme.The firm/team
This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic litigation solicitor with around 5 years' experience.
The firm works completely paperless and has extensive training on this when you join.The offices are open plan and the litigation team as a whole comprises of around 8 people plus secretarial support.
The roleAs a litigation solicitor within this team, you will work on a range of matters to include:
Landlord and tenant
Boundary disputes
Housing act matters
Shareholder disputes
Dilapidation claims and more
The person
To be considered you'll have at least5 years' PQE with the ability to prepare advice notes, undertake advocacy, draft negotiation documents along with running your own files with minimal supervision.
You must be keen to undertake and be a part of business development activities with the department.On offer
