Full Time: 40 Hours per week (Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm):

Principle accountabilities:
- Transferring files between internal and external systems
- Management of system workflows
- Uploading approval drawings, monitoring portals for drawing comments or received information, and downloading client comments for internal review across various project portals
- Collating and sending operating and maintenance manuals for clients
- Updating and maintaining a library of existing manuals & documentation to bring in line with company standards
- Creating and updating sitespecific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Updating project and delivery tracker information across all projects
- Sending of CAD drawings for approval with projectspecific information
- Answering inbound calls and directing accordingly
- Supporting the pre contracts design manager with ad hoc tasks
Other tasks / general:
- Answering inbound calls and directing accordingly
- Supporting the pre contracts design manager with ad hoc tasks
- Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Experience:
- Communication
- Teamwork & relationships
- Document management
- Computer literate
Training and qualifications:
- GCSE level A-C
- Full training given
