We're seeking engaging people with experience helping customers in financial difficulty with some working knowledge of mortgages or extensive experience working in financial services.

Your role as a Specialist Collector is to provide effective support to customers to manage their mortgage payments.

No two calls will be the same, and you could be speaking to customers at any stage in the collections process.

You'll assist by understanding their needs and providing a long-term solution, you will be helping them on their road to financial recovery.

salary of
£28,579 based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available

- immediate
bonus earning potential of up to £2,204 per annum. Up to £1,101 is paid every 6 months and you're eligible from your first month with us

Working hours & flexibility
We require you to be fully flexible for our shifts in this telephony-based role.

Our regular operating hours are between 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am - 1 pm Saturday.

At month end, when we have our highest call volumes, your hours may occasionally be extended to 9 am - 4 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 3 pm on Sunday & Bank Holidays.

On occasion you may be expected to work shifts of up to 11 hours, but you'll never exceed your contracted hours across the rolling month.
