This permanent, full-time position of Operations coordinator offers a salary up to £30,000 per year and is based in a rural location between Basingstoke and Winchester.

Due to the location, own transport is essential. This hybrid position incorporates officebased 3 x days per week and WFH 2 x days per week.

This innovative company have built up a solid customer base and offer 24/7 IT managed support services.

They have a fantastic team of specialists and now require a strong administrative and operations support to manage their order processing and IT renewals.


As Operations coordinator, you will be responsible for administrating the life-cycle of IT products from sales enquiry, to purchasing through to management thereafter.

This is a stand-alone role, working within a small team setting.

  • Assisting and managing the order and renewal process which involves liaising with suppliers and customers, obtaining prices, creating customer quotes and processing orders.
  • Monitoring and reporting of IT products, to enable proactive, accurate and timely management of license renewals and projects.
  • Administrative and coordination responsibility for technical team, ensuring customer reports are delivered on time
  • Assisting in development and implementation of process improvements across the teams


To succeed in this role, you will be highly competent with Microsoft Excel (to advanced level) and comfortable navigating various software systems.

You will thrive on developing new and innovative processes and enjoy working as part of a smaller team.
