Join us as aData EnrichmentSpecialist aiding our marketing revenueteam and sales development representatives. Your role involvessupplying accurate and updated customer profile data ensuring weunderstand our customers needs to deliver tailored content throughvarious sales channels.

Utilize your expertise indata analysis and research leveraging tools like our CRM andexternal resources to provide highquality datasets. Your effortscontribute to more precise marketing strategies enhanced customerexperiences and optimized customer nurturing ultimately drivingsalessuccess at the top of the funnel andboosting revenue for ourcompany.

Responsibilities:

• DataEnrichment: use yourverification and research skills to augment customer data daily.Employ thirdparty research tools to procure client contactinformation industry details company size market segment and otherpersonalized content requirements. Your success will be assessed bya weekly contact enrichmenttarget.
• DataCleansing:conduct adaily review and correction of client contact data manually usingExcel. Ensure records are clean and accurate before integratingthem into our Salesforce CRM. This includes refining customerlocation details (country state city and street addresses) andcustomer contact data (such as name title phone number and emailaddress).
• Support customercentricdata enrichmentobjectives.

MusthaveRequirements:

• A goodEnglish level.
• Intermediate Excel skills andexperience are required.
• Experience compilingdata from multiple resources to improve the accuracy of adatabase.
  
• Strong organizationalskills supporting client details and accuracy for ourCRM.
• Experience with data validation softwarefor cleaning and compiling large data sets such as LinkedIn ZoomInfo and Neverbounce.
• Inquisitive researchaptitude as this role will require a strong level of investigativework.
