We are recruiting a Credit Controller to join our client in Lisburn on a Permanent basis.
- £ £12 per hour

  • 30 hours per week
  • 4 Days per week
  • Permanent position
  • Great location

Job duties:

  • To monitor total loan file and to initiate follow-up where necessary in the event of "no show" and contractual arrears.
  • To liaise with the solicitor in the context of bad debtor follow-up.
  • To attend court as necessary in the context of bad debtor recovery.
  • To furnish regular reports to the manager, reflecting the current status, follow-up and legal
process, where applicable, on all bad debtor accounts. To ensure that the report is duplicated
to the members of the credit control committee.

  • To make recommendations to the manager regarding charge offs and provisions on bad
debtor accounts. To ensure that these recommendations are duplicated to the members of the
credit control committee.

  • To assist the manager with the maintenance of member accounts, the prime books of
account, the nominal control account and the production of the trial-balance.

  • To liaise with the Treasurer with the objective of facilitating the production of the financial
statements and cash flow reports.

  • To attend training programs and workshops as required
  • To act as cashier / teller as required.
  • To be aware of and comply with all Health ; Safety regulations as directed
  • To attend and contribute to meetings of such committees as may be directed by the
Manager and the board of directors

  • To undertake such other reasonable and lawful duties as may be directed from time to time
by the manager.
