Deputy Manager
Crewe / £45,302.40 per annum/ 44 hours
Deputy Manager required. My client is a medium sized Healthcare Provider with 11 homes across England providing residential, respite and palliative care.
The ethos is to create a homely environment where residents can live as independently as possible.
The highly skilled and committed teams provide high quality and person centred care at all time.

This service located in Crewe offers nursing and dementia care to 60 residents who are encouraged to pursue their hobbies, personalise their rooms and they have a sensory garden to be enjoyed when they please.

Deputy Manager duties:

  • Working alongside the manager to provide nursing care in accordance with current best practice, and according to legislative requirements and all policy, procedures, and agreed standards.
  • Develop the Care Planning activities for residents, to meet their changing needs and in collaboration with their family and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure the care needs of residents are met in a way that respects their dignity and privacy, providing personcentred care that promotes independence and choice.
  • Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
  • Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Proven track record of personcentred care planning
  • Experienced leader and mentor
  • A passion for delivering high standards of care
