Company Secretarial Services Manager - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - Ashby Finance
Description
Our client, a large Chartered Accountancy based in Milton Keynes, has a new position for a Company Secretarial Services Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Directors duties will include:
- Management and supervision of a small team
- Maintaining company statutory registers
- Providing registered office facilities
- Managing client compliance deadlines
- Preparing and filing annual Confirmation Statements
- Advising clients generally on company secretarial matters
- Overseeing the AML/onboarding of client's process
Providing ad-hoc advice and assistance to clients, including:
- Drafting documents to deal with statutory changes
- Drafting minutes and other documents
- Dealing with other transaction driven changes such as purchase of own shares and share for share exchanges
- Registration or removal of company charges within time limits
- Reconstruction of company statutory registers
- Dealing with stamp duty in respect of share transfers
- Dealing with changes to Articles
- Liaising with formation agents
- Management of incorporation process including advising on choice of corporate name and availability thereof.
- Providing advice relating to appropriate type of entity formation and constitutional considerations.
