    CONCESSION / BOUTIQUE MANAGER

    LUXURY LADIESWEAR

    KNIGHTSBRIDGE

    £55K-£65K + BONUS

    A new exciting opportunity is now available for an outstanding CONCESSION / BOUTIQUE MANAGER who is experienced in leading a professional luxury client centric team to success.

    Based amongst the 'Super Brands' within Harrods where our clients designs are known for their knowledge and passion of the female form selling stunning couture pieces to RTW.

    The role:

    · Reporting to the Country Manager and responsible for an Assistant Manager and 4 Senior Sales Consultants.

    · Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team

    · Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach and representing the Brand inside and outside the Boutique

    · Providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise,

    · Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate service experience

    · Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shopfloor to a luxury standard, anticipate clients specific needs by driving and shaping the hospitality journey

    · Being able to drive business priorities (achieving monthly and yearly boutique turnover and quality KPI targets set by the brand), embodying a culture of consistent clientelling and exceptional service

    · Developing relationships with Harrods ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness and recruit new clients

    · Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems, ensuring the Store Operations are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their best on the shopfloor

    · Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and actions plans to elevate the client experience

    · Ensuring the quality of the data collected

    · Making sure the team is following up on potential and existing clients

    · Developing his / her own clients and lead by example

    Ideal Candidate:

    · 2 yrs+ experience as a Luxury LRTW Boutique or Concession Manager

    · Great Communication skills

    · Client centric whilst driving sales

    · Very organised ensuring all operations and areas of back of house runs smoothly

    · Adaptability, fearless curiosity, being able to flex into different areas where required and embrace new challenges

    · Security conscious minimising stock loss at all times

    · A calm and confident approach, with a strong sense of responsibility

    · Organized and efficient with an attention to detail

    · The ability to make decisions

    · A talent for motivating others

    · Able to lead and efficient when under pressure

    · A passion for people management

    Additional to the basic salary is :

    Monthly and annual bonus based on targets achieved, Clothing allowance, and excellent benefits package
