    We have an opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Corporate Marketing department.

    This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to travel both locally and nationally for team meetings.

    Applicants should meet the following criteria:

    • Degree-level education, CIM or equivalent certification/qualification preferred
    • Proven track record in performance media management; advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform and META
    • Experience managing media agencies and budgets
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing platforms (META, Google Ads)
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
    • Experience working within a healthcare or regulated-service provider preferred.

    Duties of this role include:

    • Strategic planning: development and implementation of the performance marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, KPIs and target audiences. This will involve our Paid Search strategy as well as analysing market trends, competitor strategies and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth, forecasting and ROI reporting.
    • Campaign management: Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels with a particular focus on paid search (Google, Bing and Performance Max) as well as programmatic display, paid social media and affiliate marketing/referral traffic lead generation initiatives.
    • Ensure campaigns are effectively targeted, budgeted and tracked to meet performance goals and maximise ROAS.
    • Media agency management: Manage relationship with our media agency, challenge forecasts and work with them and the Head of Marketing & Customer Engagement to establish strategic roadmaps, test initiatives and drive adoption of technology and targeting options in digital marketing.
    • Team leadership: lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and direction to execute campaigns effectively, on time and within budget.
    • Provide line management as required, fostering a high-performance culture within the team ensuring all assets meet branding and regulatory expectations.
    • Stakeholder communication: liaise with regional marketing colleagues to support with marketing campaign best practice to support the sales pipelines and local P&L efforts.
    • Maximise digital campaign effectiveness and best practices throughout the group through the development of shared resources and template materials for local activation.
    • Work with the Product & Digital team to implement CRO initiatives and new designs to increase conversion rates for paid campaigns, share PPC insights with the content team to align with SEO strategies.
