- Lead the transition of SPM service from a 3rd party to internal organisation
- Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Product and Platform Owner.
- Drive the development and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements, new features, and integrations.
- Maintain and deliver the SPM solution with a focus on Project/Programme Management, Timesheets, Resource Management, Financial Management, Reporting, and Scaled Agile Framework.
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience with SPM module
- Industry experience is open
- Strong team working and stakeholder engagement skills
