Our client, based in Bracknell have a new opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team on a Part Time basis.
This is a newly created role due to expansion.The roles purpose:
Ensure the smooth running of the office. Managing information, data governance and compliance appropriately. Enforcing policies to ensure the legal and ethical integrity of the company. Ensuring that departments adhere to the rules and regulations that theyuphold.
Day to day duties:
Office Management:
- Responsible for managing resources to include office accommodation, equipment, and management information systems
- Management and continuous improvement of ISO processes
- Maintaining accurate/wellorganised records
- Maintain a tidy office environment
Supplier Management:
- Define Supplier SLA's
- Manager Supplier Reviews and Improvement Process
- Sourcing Suppliers
- Contract Management
Compliance and QA:
- Upholding quality standards and values
- Assist in the management of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Securing and Managing our IT Security Management System (ISO 27001)
- Maintaining our Cyber Essentials Certification
- Review and Management of Non-Conformance Processes
- Data Management/GDPR compliance
- Regulatory Requirement's including IR3
- Enforcing the IT security policy in the business
We are looking for someone who has some ISO experience (ISO 27001 would be advantageous), and a good working knowledge of compliance.
The salary is up to £30,000 pro-rata.
