    An exciting opportunity to join the team at Oasis Academy Sholing

    Oasis Academy Sholing is seeking to appoint an inspiring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join an extremely successful and talented team. The appointment will be to initially cover the maternity leave of one member of the department. You will support our growing department and the Principal, staff, and our students as we 'Strive for Excellence'.

  • The role and what we are looking for

    The successful candidate will be required to teach Science at KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and make a positive difference in Academy life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential. You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. A passion for science and a commitment to integrating it across the curriculum is paramount.
