An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Administrator at our clients office in Central London.This might suit a bright graduate looking for their first job.

The Business Support Administrators duties would include:
- Manage the filing system for company documents
- Answer the phones
- Post
- Coordinating schedules and assisting with office meetings
- Work with Operating Manager to maintain the office
- Arranging courier/ document delivery
- Preparing Blueprint reports
- Assist with the AML searches
- Input of records onto Blueprint
- Assisting with the review of company details against records at Companies House
- Preparing company profiles and confirmation statement reviews
- Arranging for the filing of statutory documents at Companies House
- Prepare and distribute internal reports
- Assisting with the recurring revenue invoicing
- Maintain and update company databases.
The Business Support Administrator
should have the following skills:
- A good standard of education Degree or A Level equivalent.
- Good MS Word and Excel skills with accurate keyboard skills
- A confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Previous reception/administration experience desirable but training will be provided
