An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Administrator at our clients office in Central London.

This might suit a bright graduate looking for their first job.


The Business Support Administrators would enjoy the following benefits:

The Business Support Administrators duties would include:

  • Manage the filing system for company documents
  • Answer the phones
  • Post
  • Coordinating schedules and assisting with office meetings
  • Work with Operating Manager to maintain the office
  • Arranging courier/ document delivery
  • Preparing Blueprint reports
  • Assist with the AML searches
  • Input of records onto Blueprint
  • Assisting with the review of company details against records at Companies House
  • Preparing company profiles and confirmation statement reviews
  • Arranging for the filing of statutory documents at Companies House
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports
  • Assisting with the recurring revenue invoicing
  • Maintain and update company databases.

The Business Support Administrator
should have the following skills:

  • A good standard of education Degree or A Level equivalent.
  • Good MS Word and Excel skills with accurate keyboard skills
- confidence to learn new software and systems.

  • A confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Previous reception/administration experience desirable but training will be provided

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
