AV VC Desktop Support Engineer

My client is growing their service/support offering and seeking a new team member to provide support to clients and field service engineers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an AV VC Service Engineer or On-Site AV VC Support Technician transitioning to a more office-based role.

Background in solving issues with integrated AV/VC solutions
# Experience with IT networks
# Excellent telephone manner for remote issue diagnosis and resolution
# Ability to escalate tickets to field service team when necessary

CANDIDATES MUST BE IN THE UK OR PLANNING TO RELOCATE WITH APPROPRIATE WORKING VISA.
