Description
Twyn is looking for a production lead, with interactive/multimedia experience to coordinate the day-to-day management of a growing production team.
Reporting to the Head of Content, you will be responsible for leading the full production cycle on a number of different and challenging content streams for a range of interactive apps, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Twyn is an exciting start-up environment that operates an agile production process while delivering top-quality interactive content.Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a fastpaced production environment, ideally a mixture of production company and through the line agency work.
- An understanding of and interest in interactive media, interactive content and creating new content formats.
- Experience in and enjoyment of working in an agile startup environment is essential, where priorities and projects can change at the last minute
- Able to blend quality production standards with an agile, iterative tech approach.
- Experience in the full production life cycle, from creative ideation, scripting and script editing, to leading productions both on set and remotely and managing all aspects of postproduction.
- Experience in turning a brief into a meaningful production plan, creating and managing the budgets to ensure budgetary targets are met and communicating issues and concerns in a timely manner with senior management.
- The ability to manage and effectively communicate with internal and external teams and to escalate any issues to the managerial teams.
- To be able to work both independently and as part of a wider creative and production team.
- Highly detailorientated, techsavvy and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- A deep understanding of narrative structure and storytelling and the ability to work with the internal creative teams to elevate a story idea.
- A wide range of industry contacts, from selfshooters and freelance editors to highend production companies in the UK and worldwide.
