    As a Regional Manager, you will shoulder the responsibility for overseeing all operational functions, encompassing recruitment, registration, work placement, transportation, payroll, and development.

    Your role is pivotal in ensuring the execution of these tasks with utmost professionalism, adherence to legal standards, timeliness, and a positive approach.

    Building and nurturing a robust, transparent, and sincere relationship with your line manager will be a cornerstone of your role.


    Administration:
    Demonstrate a thorough understanding and achieve prompt compliance with Pro-Force and client deadlines on the first attempt.

    Sales:
    Generate new opportunities by cultivating existing relationships and securing new business.

    Compliance:
    Attain the highest scores in both internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

    Business Strategy:
    Grasp, execute, and advocate for the business strategy effectively.

    Pro-Force Promotion:
    Health & Safety
    Compliance:
    Demonstrate a strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.

    Financial Acumen:

    Exhibit a deep understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management to meet financial targets through effective management of Gross Profit (GP), overheads, transport, and accommodation costs.

    Familiarity with rates and formulas related to financial management is essential.

    Transport and Accommodation Management:
    Have a thorough understanding of legislation surrounding transport and accommodation, ensuring both functions are managed within budget constraints.
    Safety and
    Compliance:

    Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel.


    Continuous Improvement:

    Continually review work practices to identify areas for improvement and devise alternative strategies where necessary, promoting innovation and efficiency.

    Work collaboratively with project teams and senior management to achieve optimal performance and results.

    Contract Retention:

    Achieve a contract retention rate of 100%, demonstrating the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver consistent results.

    Conduct monthly reviews with the team to assess performance, address any issues, and provide feedback and support.

    Timely Issue Resolution:

    Ensure timely resolution of workplace issues including performance, capability, disciplinary matters, absence, and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.

    Compliance on Eligibility to Work: Maintain 100% compliance with eligibility-to-work requirements, ensuring all employees are authorized to work legally.


    Timely Timesheet Submission:
    Ensure 100% of timesheets are submitted on time, facilitating accurate payroll processing.
    Audit
    Compliance:

    Achieve a 99% compliance rate on all audits, including internal and external audits, demonstrating adherence to regulations and best practices.

    Adhere to recruitment legislation, including but not limited to GLAA, Agency Worker Regulations, Conduct Regulations, NMW/HMRC, and FCP, ensuring legal compliance and ethical practices are upheld.
