- Lead by example in all areas of the curriculum
- Lead English across school
- Teach engaging lessons for KS2 pupils
- Teach English across Year 6 Lead, support, motivate and direct all staff working in the phase
- Ensure feedback from lesson observations, work scrutiny and analysis of assessment data supports staff development
- Monitor pupil progress
- Be an integral part of our SLT and attend SLT meetings
- Contribute to whole school development planning including CPD
- Be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Be a Tutor for ECTs in school
- Communicate with parents and carers
- Have at least 3 years' teaching experience Our school offers:
