Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers
- Developing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements
- Developing and executing business development strategies to expand the customer base
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for IT services
- Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of the IT services market and industry trends
- Tracking sales performance and reporting metrics to the management team
- Staying uptodate on industry trends and technology
- Experience in a business development, sales or IT services role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problemsolving skills
- A strong knowledge of the IT services market and industry trends
- An understanding of the sales process and how to develop and maintain customer relationships.
