Contract - CRM Lead - 12 months maternity cover - £60k - £65k

The Job:

The current CRM Lead has set the strategy and it will be your responsibility to implement this and amend the strategy throughout the year if needed.
Working with Brand, Digital and Aftersales team to be business lead and expert in CRM and Insight across the business divisions
Forecast, develop, manage and review the annual CRM budget
Lead a culture of using insight to inform yours and the wider teams' recommendations and proposals, aligned to the business's overall objectives.
Support the Head of Marketing in delivering reporting and insight across the 4W Marketing team
Mentor and develop a Marketing Executive who has CRM responsibilities within their role.
Data Champion supporting the wider 4W Marketing team in driving success through the use of data.

You:

Knowledge of CRM databases (Dot Digital and Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but open to other previous database experience
Knowledge of KPIs and metrics especially CRM, and how to action insights
Experience of BI tools
Experience of project management and business cases
Experience of tracking and reporting on large scale budgets
Excellent communication skills and experienced working in a senior management role dealing with various stakeholders
