Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial fit out projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

• Previous experience as a Commercial Fit Out Project Manager
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or a background in trades
