Team LeadSAP Competence Center (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You are responsible for theprofessional and disciplinary management of a team of 15+ SAPin-house consultants and ensure their continuous development
• With your team and our DL, you ensure thesupport and continuous development of our SAP applications. You maybe responsible for coordinating and managing (sub)projects in theSAP environment to ensure their successful implementation.
• You will develop and support a consistentrelease and run concept and work together with the team on theanalysis, optimization and further development of the solutionsused in the SAP Core Team.
• Whether onpremise or in the cloud, whether integration, individualdevelopment or on the way to S/4 HANA. You enjoy supporting thespecialist departments and motivating and coordinating your team.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a degree, ideally in businessinformatics or have completed vocational training with appropriatefurther qualifications.
• You have sound teamleading skills as well as knowledge of various project methods andspecialist knowledge such as ITIL or DevOps
• As an SAP generalist, you have several years of professionalexperience with very good knowledge of various SAP modules andin-depth process knowledge
• You master thebalancing act between 'plan, build, run' and time-to-market
• Your German is at native speaker level, yourEnglish skills are good both orally and in writing
• You are a team player with good organizational skillsand the ability to find creative solutions.
