This local company has doubled its turnover in the last 12 months and is looking for a full time Finance Assistant to join their team.


You'll be happy to cover all aspects of finance, reporting directly to the Finance Manager who has been with the company for over a decade.


You have strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and you'll be able to work your way around spreadsheets on Excel.


Ideally you will have experience in credit control, purchase ledger and be able to raise sales invoices and perform bank reconciliations.

You will check timesheets and process payroll on weekly basis, knowledge of working with HMRC and CIS would be helpful


You'll have a keen eye for detail and are happy to input a high volume of invoices onto the accounts system which have been drafted by the project managers, who you will interact with on a daily basis.

A positive attitude and interaction with colleagues and clients is key - this company is well known and successful due to offering a personal and professional service along with delivering high quality results within an agreed timescale to its customers.
