Job Purpose:

As an Associate Partner, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service through leadership of people and projects, whilst building and maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to the management and running of a successful professional practice.

Key Role Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Manage multiple projects concurrently in a selfmotivated manor and prioritise workload accordingly.
Grow and nurture client relationships with key internal and external contacts
Contribute to the running of the practice in collaboration with the other associates and equity partners
Assist in the guidance and development of people within the organisation
Leading people to uphold the outstanding service delivery reputation that this organisation has developed over our 50plus years, in providing;
EA documentation in addition to Feasibility Studies, Cost Estimates, Schedule of Works, Bills of Quantities, JCT & NCT Contracts, Valuations & Final Accounts, programme, and project reporting
Site visits as required
Reconciliation of cost, time, quality, and overall value to inform project performance
Timely completion of agreed actions

Remuneration Package:
