    CAME Entrotec| Sales Co-ordinator | Livingston, Scotland

    Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you highly motivated and hard working? Do you have a customer service background?

    Due to growth, we are looking to add two new members to our Sales Co-ordinator Team at CAME Entrotec. The Sales Co-ordinator role is a real opportunity for someone with a positive 'can do' attitude to form part of our existing team at CAME Entrotec, working together to successfully deliver first line customer sales support, including preparing quotes, dealing with customer queries and liaising with colleagues across the departments to ensure we provide our customers with a great service.

    You will need to be somebody who is a strong team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and an enthusiasm to learn. As a business to business company, developing good relationships with our customer base and exceptional service is vital for our continued success.

    CAME Entrotec were acquired by CAME in November 2021 and are trusted pioneers and leading manufacturers of door entry solutions in UK residential and commercial markets. We are renowned for manufacturing and supplying high quality audio and video vandal resistant door entry, concierge systems and proximity access control systems.

    Do You Offer?

    • Demonstrable customer service skills, particularly when assisting customers over the phone
    • Performance and drive, with the desire to achieve and exceed targets
    • An aptitude for understanding and explaining technical product information and a willingness to enhance your knowledge of electronic security

    As part of this role you will learn all about our Access Control products and will in time be able to explain the technical intricacies, building value from demonstrating trustworthy product knowledge in order to fully support our customers.

    Interested?

    In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £29,000 per annum dependant on experience (basic salary up to £24,200 per annum), you will receive complementary company attire, company pension and 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service to 28 days per year.
