Exciting opportunity alert How do you feel about joining a vibrant Point-of-Care operations team as the Reagent Operations Director? You'll spearhead PCR reagent production to fuel the success of a leading healthcare company's cartridge manufacturing CMOs.

This role involves overseeing production staff, site operations, and external suppliers, driving optimisation and scalability in rapid POC device manufacturing.

Key ResponsibilitiesInspire and lead the production team to surpass targetsCultivate a collaborative, safe, and quality-centric work cultureTackle production hurdles through cross-functional collaborationEnsure staff adhere to industry standards (GMP, GDP) through comprehensive trainingStrategically manage budget and pioneer cost-saving initiativesChampion NPI and NPD processes for ongoing enhancementsSupervise quality assurance and compliance effortsMaintain equipment integrity and calibration standardsCollaborate with Supply Chain for efficient production planning and procurementRequired QualificationsProficiency in PCR reagents and processesFamiliarity with ISO13485/cGMP complianceStrong understanding of molecular biology, particularly PCRKnowledge of aseptic technique principlesExperience scaling reagent manufacturing operationsPrevious leadership experience in production environmentsTrack record of managing third-party providers in regulated settingsSkilled in manufacturing site managementExtensive (5+ years) experience in formulated reagent manufacturing (preferably GMP)Proven project management skills and adept presentation abilities
