    Sales Manager UK & I (TG Products)


    Contract:
    Full, perm

    Carrier Fire & Security EMEA is seeking a Sales Manager to support their UK & Ireland Portable Fire Extinguisher business, TG Products.

    As a Sales Manager UK &I, you'll be responsible for:

    Creating and managing an annual business plan by account manager.
    Pro-actively identifying new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
    Staying up to date with all industry trends, issues, and news specific to UK & Ireland.
    Further expanding with implementation of customer relationship management within the region to drive collaboration and pipeline.

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with product and marketing teams to ensure current and future sales opportunities are maximized.

    Ensuring strong internal communication to all departments to support understanding of the accounts, listings, and pricing, etc.
    Achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

    When required recruiting salespeople, setting objectives, training and coaching, and monitoring performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

    Overseeing the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding weekly check-ins with team to set objectives for the week and monitor progress regularly.

    Previous experience in a Sales Manager role or similar, ideally within the fire industry (fire detection, fire suppression), is preferred
    Strong understanding of fire suppression or detection industry in UK & Ireland
    Engineering, Technical, Sales or Business degree preferred.
    Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
