This is an exciting new role for a Corporate Commercial Associate / Senior Associate to join the legal services arm of a leading UK accountancy practice.

You will work as part of a specialist team and have strong technical expertise and experience handling a diverse caseload covering both corporate and commercial legal matters including M&A deals, private company share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and investment agreements, share schemes and general corporate governance and company secretarial work.

Work alongside the Directors and marketing team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the firm's growth strategy. You will also oversee and assist with training and development of junior members of staff.
