Description
Assistant Manager required for a well -established electrical wholesaler.They are recruiting for a self- motivated and enthusiastic person to join their branch in the Northampton area, helping to contribute to the success of the branch and promote the companies name by always providing excellent levels of customer service.
The role will be varied so you must be hands on and be able to lead and motivate a small team.
The role:
Sales Quotations & Sales Orders
Working closely with a large customer base ensuring orders are completed accurately and to a high standard.
To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.
The role will involve calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers
To ensure the smooth running of the branch in the Branch Managers absence.
To supervise and motivate the team
To ensure the branch in well maintained, clean and safe.
To solve queries or problems.
The person:
Electrical wholesale experience
Enthusiastic, confident and hardworking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good team player,
Strong sales experience and product knowledge
A driving license would be beneficial
Monday to Friday - no weekends
Electrical wholesale experience required
Salary negotiable depending on experience plus bonuses and benefits.
