Bistro Supervisor

As one of our Bistro Supervisors you will be providing day-to-day support to the catering team, ensuring they offer great service to everyone using our Central Office Bistro and Distribution Centre Canteens. The role consists of working in a busy environment across our sites and requires a flexible approach.

The vacancy is for 20 hours working Tuesday to Friday with expected availability from 7am until 2pm. Due to office hours there is no weekend, evening or split shifts, however during seasonal trading you may be asked to support as needed.

You will be expected to lead our catering team through breakfast and lunch services and support them with food production, meet budget controls, monitor ordering and wastage, cash handling, and maintain safe and legal procedures.

The role requires a positive and detail orientated approach with good communication and leadership skills. Previous catering experience is essential, however full training will be provided and opportunities for further learning and development are available.
