£21,575 progress to a maximum of £24,054 (pro rata for part-time)

Job Duties:


We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organized Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Business Support Team in the adult disability service.

This role will be based in Apsley with some flexibility.


You will provide administrative support to the Business support manager on recruitment, projects, data entry and other ad hoc task.

You will also be experienced in using Microsoft Excel and provide administrative support to the adult care review team.

You will also be working as part of the business support team and be responsible for managing diaries and drafting minutes.

Responsibilities in the role will include

  • Using IT systems such as Microsoft Office and our Inhouse databases.
  • Minute taking
  • Providing support to the Business Support Manager on Recruitment.

  • Communicate both verbally and in writing to applicants

Additional Information

This is a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the business support manager; therefore, you'll need to be able to work under pressure, and be extremely well organised, taking a pro-active approach to your workload.

We'll need you to have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and providing administrative support.

You will need to be experienced in Excel and be able to ensure work is carried out to a high standard within agreed KPIs.

You'll be competent in Microsoft packages. An experience in assisting with recruitment will be desirable.
