The opportunity is to join a successful, specialist manager within an impactful team, working closely with Sales teams and leadership.

This is a busy, broad role, which requires strong project and stakeholder management skills.


Tasks include:


  • Lead generation campaigns creation and management
  • Support capital raising team to provide content and data to pitch books where needed
  • Work with global head of marketing & communications to identify priority awards we want focus on, and coordinate preparation of entries, as well as communicate achievements internally and externally.
  • Events proposal, coordination and delivery
  • PR coordination with external global PR agencies
  • Support the Global Head of Marketing and Communications to drive PR processes and strategy globally
  • Build content for internal announcements and external marketing or comms purpose (e.g. event invitations / awards entries etc.).
  • Build strong organic and paid social on
- and offline campaigns, in line with the overall campaign strategy and content calendar

  • Coordinate and lead relationship with agencies and external partners on specific projects led by: publications, PR agencies, design agency, industry associations, media buying agency etc.
  • Engage colleagues to coordinate the input of SIM data (e.g. AuM, transactions number, fund performance, track record etc.) into all relevant industry databases (e.g. Preqin, Mercer, INREV, PERE etc.)

Requirements:

This is a varied role demanding a flexible and adaptable approach

  • Previous marketing experience within another investment manager
  • Understanding fund marketing and capital raising
  • Understanding of real estate investment markets a benefit
  • Knowledge of how to use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for campaign creation and to generate reports from CRM
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Commercial mindset
  • A love of marketing and storytelling
  • Understand the value of reporting, monitoring and analysing communications activity in order to help plan for future activity.
