    The business is expanding and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth for the business.

    The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the expansion of sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

    They offer a competitive salary, car allowance, 20 days holiday, performance based plan and a positive and supportive work environment.

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
    Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to board.
    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services.
    Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the food distribution industry.
    Strong understanding of food distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer needs.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    Willingness to travel as needed.
