    Front Office Desk Aligned Developer (Python Developer)

We are a leading options trading firm looking for a talented Front Office Full Stack Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our FX Options Market Making Business. Our London office is embarking on an ambitious journey to establish a thriving FX Options Market Making Business, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join us on this journey.

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with traders to design and implement end-to-end workflows for our FX Options Market Making Business.
    • Lead the development of pricing and risk systems, trading systems, and trader desktop tools.
    • Work closely with traders, quants, and technologists to gather requirements and drive innovative solutions.
    • Architect high-performance full-stack solutions to address complex business challenges.
    • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software in a production environment.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong proficiency in Python development, with experience in building full-stack solutions.
    • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading systems, particularly in options trading.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
