A rare opportunity is available at AXA Global Healthcare as the Head of Executive Office.

This position is responsible for leading and acting as the principal point of contact across the business for the executive office and providing high quality business and operational support to the AGH CFO and CEO.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and acting as the principal point of contact across the business for the exec office, ensuring CEO and CFO priorities are effectively articulated and communicated to the Executive Committee (ExCom) and the business.
  • Supporting the ExCom with internal/external presentations and reporting.
  • Working with the CEO, CFO, ExCom and Head of Strategy to deliver strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Developing effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, as necessary, to better support the ExCom Team and Head of Strategy in executing the strategy, fostering change and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Managing the governance of ExCom meetings including preparation of agendas, presentations, coordinating information requests, ensuring that meetings are run efficiently in content, timing and output.
  • Produce the quarterly AGH UK Board input, ensuring papers are completed on time and to a high standard. Work closely with Company Secretary to manage Board governance.
  • Participate in key strategic projects and any major business developments.

Qualifications:


  • Understanding of financial services industry an advantage
  • Expertise in research and strategy development and the ability to understand, assimilate and analyse quickly complex business issues
  • High level of initiative and achievement motivation
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement across a range of complex and diverse issues
  • Flexible approach to work is a necessity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Action oriented and delivery focused mindset
  • Strong appetite to learn
  • Ideally Insurance background


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
