We have a new exciting opportunity to come and join Danone as a Digital Commerce Executive.

We'll develop your eCommerce experience, and you'll be a key member of our Digital Commerce team, leading perfect digital shelf execution across all online retailers.

We'll see you partnering with key stakeholders internally to support and lead the operational management of accounts and offer agile support to the Pure Play team.


We'd love you to bring your ideas and thoughts too With your curiosity and intuition, you'll add increasing value to the team by sharing insights and recommendations.

Using your strong attention to detail and solutions mindset, working closely with Impulse and grocery teams, you'll solve problems and bring breakthrough solutions for our customers.


Digital Commerce Executive responsibilities and challenges:

  • Management of on shelf visuals for all online platforms to ensure excellent execution of our plans
  • Management and ownership of Brandbank all content is optimized, and contracts renewed
  • Supporting with customer brand planning thinking and execution
  • Supporting with any customer queries
  • Supporting the eB2B & ePharmacy account teams to ensure all content is optimized and driving excellent execution.
  • Supporting the Pure Play team during key events in the year: JBPs, CPIs, Marquee Events, etc.
  • Ownership and delivery of internal performance and target tracking
  • Managing customer activations, preparation for customer JBPs, Range Reviews as well as internal CPI planning

  • Communicate effectively and flex style with a diverse range of internal & external stakeholders
  • Prioritise and plan ahead understanding wider risks and impacts in order to overcome potential obstacles
  • Able to identify insight from data to help with JBP creation and negotiations
  • Identify customer/ shopper needs to create features and benefits for sales proposals
  • Work in an agile way in a fast paced environment
  • Have strong competence with both Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in retailer, manufacturer or digital partner (e.g profitero)
