I am seeking a Behaviour Mentor, for a school in Walsall, where you'll be playing a crucial role in supporting and guiding primary school pupils with challenging behaviours, fostering an environment to support their academic and personal growth


Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural problems.
• Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
• Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour

Qualifications / Experience:

• Previous experience within similar roles.
• Strong understanding of behavioural management
