Bachelor's degree in science/life sciences
Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trial management or related field
Proficiency in eTMF software (e.g., Assist ClinOps team with site management activities for clinical studies
Troubleshoot Viedoc interface and software issues as they arise
Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for team members
Provide guidance and support to team members involved in eTMF projects
Contribute to study start-up and close-out activities, including regulatory and ethics submissions
