- Lead the scheme team and actively manage key stakeholders to ensure their timely input and agreement to the selection, development and delivery of investments, pursuant to timely approvals.
- Develop the least cost, optimal, efficient and safe solution in line with CDM Regulations and SHESQ considerations. Document all residual design issues, CDM issues, hazards and risks.
- Enact the role of Client's Delegated Representative and where appropriate and support Principal Designer under CDM Regulations.
- Maintain full authorisation per client procedures to carry out duties.
- Ensure that core data for the site activities is maintained to the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
