    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

As the Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our rapidly growing business as the first senior leader alongside our founder. In your role you will oversee and optimise our production, operations, and human resources functions. You will lead, mentor and inspire our production and operations team and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

You must be willing to embrace the thrills and chills of start-up life. This is an early team role we are looking to fill and a fantastic opportunity to enter a fast-growing company and to be a major part of its success and development.

    WHAT IS MOMO KOMBUCHA

We are on a mission to produce the UK's best tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve that we brew the old-fashioned way in small glass jars and leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. Plus, we're certified organic: better for you and better for the environment. We are the highest scoring B Corp kombucha company in Europe.

MOMO Kombucha has grown rapidly since launch and can be found in the likes of Ocado, Riverford, GAIL's, Planet Organic, Whole Foods Market and Selfridges, as well as over 800 high quality independents. Our vision is to become the UK's favourite kombucha. You can find out more about us at

    > Collaborate closely with our brewery engineer to ensure we adhere to appropriate equipment maintenance programs.

    > Lead our capital investment projects across the business in close collaboration with our head brewer and brewery engineer.

    > Collaborate with the production team to set and implement short-term and long-term goals.

    Operations Management

    > Oversee all aspects of operations, including logistics, inventory management, supply chain, customer experience and facilities management.

    > Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

    > Develop and implement strategies and procedures to manage the administrative side of HR.

And we're looking for someone who has:

    > Proven experience in a senior operations management role in the food and beverage industry, preferably within a manufacturing business.

    > Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams.

    > Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.

    > Strong understanding and experience of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing KPIs and operational management.
