- Coordinate with the project manager to determine the site layout and positioning of lodges.
- Prepare the lodge, leveling the building and siting according to NCC guidance.
- Ensure all necessary utilities are connected to the lodge, such as water, electricity, and sewage.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as telehandlers and forklifts, to transport and position the lodges.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure the lodges are installed to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the installation process.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Previous experience as a Lodge Siting Operative or a similar role in the industry.
- Good knowledge of site preparation and lodge installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to undertake joinery and all types of snag issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
