We are looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join a team within the Healthcare environment.Responsibilities:
- Manage requests coming through the helpdesk
- Targets met, i.e calls times
- Log information onto the system
- Liaise with Operational staff from different departments
- Experience within a helpdesk environment
- Computer literate and fast typing skills
- Outstanding communication
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

Salary:
£26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
