Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join a team within the Healthcare environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage requests coming through the helpdesk
  • Targets met, i.e calls times
  • Log information onto the system
- produce reports

  • Liaise with Operational staff from different departments
Person Specification

  • Experience within a helpdesk environment
  • Computer literate and fast typing skills
  • Outstanding communication
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
