- Develop a brand strategy for Megger as a global brand. Implementing the strategy internally and externally.
- Manage, oversee and evaluate all customer facing brand and product campaign activities to drive customer awareness (internal & external), engagement and sales at a global level.
- Collaborate with digital team, category managers and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and focus on achieving business goals.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, coordinating efforts across digital, social, content, and traditional marketing channels.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
As the Head of Campaign Development for Megger you will be expected to lead, support and enable the creative team on branding (both internal and external) on campaign developments and other relevant marketing communications activities. You will oversee and optimize all aspects of particular campaign categories ensuring achievement of business objectives and maximize profitability, in addition you will be responsible fostering collaboration and a positive working environment. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
