Role Description:
Elevated Technology Services provides bespoke and tailored services to colleagues whose roles require a different Technology approach.
Broadly speaking these are the Executives & senior management, Traders, colleagues who interface with high revenue generating customers and colleagues who have assistive technology requirements.
We also own the Innovation Showroom.
The Executive Events Technical Manager will be part of the Executive Technology Services function within the Elevated Technology Services (ETS) Area.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Executive events, and events hosted within our Event room and Innovation Showroom, are co-ordinated and delivered to exemplary standards.
You'll put the customer at the heart of what we do, proactively engaging with customer stakeholders, Events & Comms teams, and our internal teams, constantly working to improve the service we provide to ensure we meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Executive Events Technical planning
- Ensure all event details, documentation, planning and updates maintained in the central tracking system
- Work with our stakeholders to provide details on our capabilities and work with them on what a successful event would look like
- Own the administrative actions required to deliver a successful event
- Provide meeting/event support and technology checks, if the need arises
- As required, host events within the Innovation Showroom
- Coordinate Executive Event delivery globally, ensuring we are working to the same high standards in each location
- Work with Internal and External teams to resolve any Technology issues identified
- Coordinate with local teams any upgrades required to our Meeting and Event spaces globally
- Responsible for the weekly production and distribution of the Executive Technology Services Management Report
- Wider team administrative tasks as arise from time to time
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent commination skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of administrative and organisation skills
- Excellent commination skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of technology, i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Ideally have a background in dealing with/managing responsibilities for CSuite exec level Stakeholders.
- Ability to understand high level business requirements and translate them into a compelling proposition.
- Be able to demonstrate the capabilities of the function to customers to help them deliver the best possible event.
