As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
