We currently have a vacancy for a

Production Operative based at our meat processing plant Celtica, in Cross Hands.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and produce mixes in a controlled environment to exact recipes according to daily orders and traceability
Ensuring that all prestart checks are completed
Constantly be vigilant in checking quality
Maintain a high standard of Personal Hygiene and Food Hygiene practices
Adherence to Health and Safety practices and standards in line with current legislation ensuring your work area is clutter free and safe
Follow and monitor a daily and weekly cleaning schedule
Maintain stock rotation according to correct storage of food products
Observe the correct method and implementation of packaging and labelling

What we offer:

Salary from £22,464.00 per annum

Full time hours

Monday to Friday 07:0017:00
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. You may be expected to work some Bank Holidays.
