- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on carbon capture and hydrogen storage technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and a diverse mix of external partners, research institutions, contractors, and suppliers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to technology development and deployment.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, including government agencies and industry partners.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones and outcomes.

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in areas of both commercially mature and developing technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and driving results in the context of sustainability challenges.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focused on innovation and impact.
- Experience in managing projects related to carbon capture, hydrogen storage, renewable energy, or energy transition technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or PRINCE2, in the context of sustainability projects, formal qualification would be advantageous.
